Learning to love your body can be fun. When you want to start making changes, don't be hard on yourself. Go slow and steady- and you will witness your natural glowing-beauty shine from within, as you grow a new body and mind. Yes I said mind! Remember- the thoughts you have about yourself help shape your body, just as much as your workouts do.
