Beautiful Body Meditation - 'Future Body Vision'

When growing a new body, loosing weight, or healing our physical forms- it is important to strengthen the ability to see one's self as we wish.. What do you see in your 'future body vision'? 

Great minds agree; if you can see 'it' in your minds-eye (greater health, a fit body or the booty you have dreamt of), you can create it.

This guided meditation/visualization is for anyone who seeks to grow their body from the inside out.

Strengthen your muscle of seeing your body just as you wish it to be, while loving it just as it is.

Power Affirmations

Here at I Love My Beautiful Body blog, your whole be-ing is acknowledged. Not just a body, you are your mind, emotions and spirit too. A beautiful body glows because of the illuminating inner thoughts and beliefs it 'runs' on. That's the secret! Just as a healthy diet and regular exercise are important parts of taking care of ourselves, so too are the diet of thoughts and words we think about ourselves and our lives.

Do you run off junk food thoughts? Do your thoughts about yourself and your life starve you of real sustenance? Do their nutritional value serve your well being over the long term? Or do they slowly leak toxins into the landscape of your reality; body, mind and soul? Think of all the inner 'recordings' that play over and over within yourself. Some have been playing for so long, we begin to belive them as truth. For example, "I'll never loose weight." "Nobody will ever love me." "I am unattractive." If limiting thoughts are allowed to run your life, they will slowly drain you of personal power and self love.  You will find your energy zapped. Reality will show up just as you personally prophesized- it to be. Be it positive, not so positive- or down right difficult.

Inner recordings are connected to the muscles of negative and positive thinking. Which muscle is stronger in you? The positive one, or the negative one? Is it easier to think positive thoughts about your job than your body image? Is it harder to think positive thoughts about your relationships, and easier to think positive about your body image? We are all different, and have different needs at different times. You may ask; "How can I begin to make positive changes in all aspects of my life?" My answer- "Power Affirmations." Learn conscious manifestation and transformation through your thoughts and words.

I have used conscious positive thinking for many years. It continues to help shape shift my life; mind, body and soul. While negative thoughts can lurk and even prove challenging to overcome, having a tool is key to transforming the old you (limiting thoughts & beliefs) into the new you- beautiful, powerful and unlimited.  The inner muscle of positive/negative thinking drives the thoughts you think about yourself. This in turn affects how you feel about yourself and this affects how you perform as you, or be (or not be) your Self.

Power Affirmations have helped me heal, make changes in life, and create new possibilities. Below is the first video in a series I created. May it to serve as a blueprint, from which you can create your own Power Affirmations.You can experience your Beautiful Body, Mind and Soul no matter what size, shape or age you are.

Yoga, 'Pranayama' & Meditation ~ A Lifestyle to Enhance Calm and Personal Power




I'm excited to share the cornerstones of my life-style with you! Welcome to a mini Yoga, 'Pranayama' and Meditation introduction. Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation help me stay balanced, and keep my energy positively charged- mind, body and soul. An ongoing discipline of the above practices produces inner clarity, a steady calm, and a silent wealth of empowerment. This comes about by aligning the student with the ability to access their higher self, or authentic (true) self, and inevitably, one's personal power. Perform these techniques along with me- increase the ability to love yourself and your Beautiful Body more each day!

YOGA

Yoga gifts us a graceful connection to the body via the breath. It serves to root us within the authentic self, while blessing us with an aptitude to be present, grateful and conscious of our thoughts and actions. It connects us to an endless, universal supply of life force energy, or Prana. PRANAYAMA


Pranayama (pronounced as it sounds) is the name given to yogic breathing practices that serve to extend the breath and enhance ones ability to channel and store life force energyPrana is life force energy- the invisible energy that gives life and motion to all things and beings. The more prana or life-force flows through you, the better your mind, body and emotions can run in harmonic balance with one another. Nadi Suddhi helps relieve stress and anxiety brought on by over-thinking. When performing this breathing exercise, envision breathing life force energy into your system.

MEDITATION


When I started meditating it was hard to sit still. I was bombarded by a million thoughts pushing my mind here and there. Having a picture to paint helped me keep focused. Train your mind to stay centered in the present moment and detached from the past and future by trying a guided meditation. The title to this meditation is 'Deep Healing Reiki Meditation', and is appropriate for all levels. Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on healing whereby the individual is recognized as a conduit for the flow of prana.
